Born and raised in Philadelphia, Dr. Jason Sampat is a dedicated dental professional with a passion for creating lasting, positive impacts in his patients’ lives. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry. Since 2022, Dr. Sampat has been proudly serving as an owner and dentist at Quinlan Park Dental, where he combines his clinical expertise with a patient-first approach to dental care.
Dr. Sampat’s professional affiliations include membership in the Academy of General Dentistry and the American Academy of Clear Aligners. He remains committed to staying at the forefront of dental innovation, having completed advanced continuing education programs such as the Elite Cosmetic Dentistry Continuum and the Implant Master Series Continuum.
For Dr. Sampat, dentistry is more than a career—it’s a way to connect with his community on a personal level. One of his favorite aspects of the job is getting to know his patients, whether they’re chatting about family, hobbies, or a recent vacation. He believes that these genuine interactions help ease any anxieties and build strong patient-dentist relationships. Dr. Sampat also takes pride in educating his patients, empowering them to take control of their oral health with confidence.

Outside of the office, Dr. Sampat and his wife, an optometrist, enjoy exploring Austin’s vibrant culinary scene. Together, they love discovering hidden local gems and trying new foods, experiences that keep Dr. Sampat inspired and energized for his work. Their shared dedication to patient care and their community is a source of pride for both.
Dr. Shalini Sagi
Associate Dentist
Dr. Shalini Sagi is an associate dentist who we proudly welcomed to the team in 2017. She earned her doctor of dental surgery degree from the University of Illinois Chicago College of Dentistry and is affiliated with the American Dental Association (ADA) and Mommy Dentists in Business (MDIB). Committed to continuous learning, Dr. Sagi has pursued advanced education in sleep apnea, smile design, and oral pathology with a focus on systemic diseases.
Dr. Sagi’s favorite part of dentistry is building long-term relationships with her patients. She enjoys watching her pediatric patients grow up, graduate, and return as adults, a testament to her dedication to the community. She is passionate about showing people that dentistry doesn’t have to be feared and takes pride in making a positive difference in their lives.
Born and raised in India, Dr. Sagi now lives in Texas with her husband, Vivek, and their three sons. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys fishing, gardening, and cheering on her boys—Vishal, Arnav, and Arun—in football and rugby. At home, she’s kept busy by her three dogs: Rex, Scout, and Duke.
Dr. Rachel Mack
Associate Dentist
Dr. Rachel Mack was raised in Plant City, Florida, alongside her parents, Nancy and Johnny, and her younger sister, Olivia. She graduated as Valedictorian from Chamberlain High School, where she was also a proud member of the 7A Florida State Champion Softball Team. Her love for learning and athletics continued at Florida International University’s Honors College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in biology. A lifelong competitive softball player, Dr. Mack served as a Division I pitcher for the FIU softball team and was honored with the C-USA Commissioner’s Academic Medal each year.
Driven by her passion for helping others, Dr. Mack went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Florida. During dental school, she was actively involved in the American Association of Women’s Dentists, Admissions Outreach Ambassadors, the American Student Dental Association, and UF Dental Ambassadors. These experiences strengthened her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mack loves spending time with her family, taking spin classes, baking sweet treats, exploring new restaurants, reading, and attending sporting events. She brings a warm, welcoming energy into every room and truly enjoys getting to know the people she serves.
Dr. Mack is deeply passionate about oral health and believes every patient deserves a comfortable, positive dental experience. She looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with her patients and feels grateful to be part of their journey toward healthier, more confident smiles.
